These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the https://www.bharatyatratour.com website and the booking of tour and consultation services with Bharat Yatra Tour & Travels. By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed booking advance.
• Tour itineraries, prices, dates and inclusions are shared and confirmed individually for each booking.
• Availability of hotels, vehicles and temple darshan slots is subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific tour, hotel and transport arrangements booked, and will be shared with you at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for cancellation requests.

Temple Darshan & Timings

Darshan timings, special aarti entry (such as Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple) and queue arrangements are controlled by respective temple authorities. Bharat Yatra Tour & Travels assists with the process but cannot guarantee entry, timing or duration of darshan.

Puja, Havan & Religious Rites

Where puja, havan or hom is arranged at a temple, this is coordinated through the temple's own priests. Any charges for the ritual itself are fixed by the temple/priests and are payable directly by the traveller; Bharat Yatra Tour & Travels does not perform religious rites and does not set these charges.

Traveller Responsibility

• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents for travel and hotel check-in.
• Travellers with medical conditions should inform us in advance so the itinerary can be planned accordingly.
• Respectful conduct at temples, ghats and ashrams is expected from all travellers.

Liability

Bharat Yatra Tour & Travels acts as a facilitator arranging transport, accommodation assistance and local guidance. We are not liable for delays, losses or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, transport disruptions, or changes made by temple authorities.
